Commonwealth Agency Agile Conference

Agile is a game changer for government. Agile framework reduces overall risk in on-going projects, offers greater transparency to end users and business stakeholders, as well as improves team morale.

A few agencies have been working on their Agile transformation independently for several years. From those efforts came the need to connect with other agencies in search of success stories and lessons learned. The Commonwealth Agency Agile Conference (CAAC) sprang from that deep desire for interagency collaboration.

The CAAC meets online three times a year. Each conference covers several topics while allowing participants to ask questions and offer input.
