Financial Policies
- The agency is standardizing late fees at 10% and will begin collections procedures of unpaid invoices at 30 days past due.
- Interest penalties will also begin accruing at a rate of 6.0% per annum at 61 days overdue.
- Per Commonwealth requirements, at 60 days past due, accounts will be submitted to the Department of Accounts for Debt Setoff (DSO) and/or the Office of Attorney General (OAG) for Commonwealth collections efforts.
- If your account is submitted for DSO or to the AGO, your account will be locked meaning no new transactions can be submitted, but you will still be able to pay off your balance.
- The person responsible for payments must provide their Social Security Number or Business Tax ID number (FEIN) to continue receiving services.
